6月至9月征集参赛作品，10月评选获奖作品。后期举办颁奖仪式暨交流活动。

参赛人员

非中国籍，年龄不限。

投稿要求

（一）投稿平台：快手短视频APP，以“#多彩民俗在中国”为话题发布视频，截止日期为2023年9月30日。

（二）参赛作品应取材于中国，内容积极向上，反映人们在生产实践、社会生活中长期形成的具有中国特色的民间习俗文化及其相关历史和人物故事，包括岁时节日、礼仪习俗、游艺赛会、特色服饰等。不涉及宗教、国家政治等敏感话题，无违反国家法律、社会道德、公序良俗等内容。

（三）参赛作品须为原创。时长不超过3分钟。需画质清晰，声画统一，格式为mp4/mov/mpg/mxf，分辨率不得低于1280*720；拍摄背景及视频展示中严禁出现广告植入内容。

（四）参赛作品中如使用其他作品元素，需取得原作者同意并注明来源。主办方不承担包括肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等纠纷而产生的法律责任，如出现上述纠纷，主办方保留取消其参与资格及追回奖项的权利。

（五）主办方拥有入围作品的版权使用权，在征求作者同意后有权对作品进行调整。主办方可通过任何宣传形式对所有参赛作品进行推广和传播，参赛作品提交快手短视频之日起，即认同由主办方对其作品进行传播。

奖项设置

以网络人气度作为基础，依据主题表达、创意度、感染力等标准评选特等奖1部、一等奖2部、二等奖5部、三等奖10部、优秀奖若干（按照参赛作品数的5%确定），并为支持参赛的网络名人特设“最具人气奖”。主办方将线下展播获奖作品，并为获奖者颁发获奖证书。获奖者可优先受邀参加主办方举办的有关文化活动。

Non-Chinese, without limit to age

Requirement

a.Submission platform: 快手 App, with the tag “#多彩民俗在中国” necessary, which is regarded as your consent to participation. Submission deadline is September 30, 2023.

b.Content: The video shall be original, objectively reflecting folklore in China that came into being from people’s daily life and social practice long time ago, including traditional festive events, rituals, social practice and stories, etc.. It shall not comment on religion, politics, or violate local regulations, laws or custom. Commercial advertisement is not allowed in the video.

c.Technical Standard: no longer than 3 minutes. Film needs to be sharp and clear, synchronizing with sound.

d.If content of other authors’ videos is used in your submitted videos, source and consent of the original author need to be given and noted. Contest organizer shall not be held responsible for all the consequences arising from submitted videos because of disputes over portraiture right, reputation, privacy, copyright or trademark among others. Organizer also reserves the right of canceling the video’s qualification and retrieving their awards. 

e.The organizer have the right to use selected videos’ copyright and edit with the author’s consent. It can publicize submitted videos in any form. Submission of videos shall be regarded as the author’s consent to the organizer’s usage of his/her videos.

Award

Based on online popularity on 快手 App, one Outstanding Award, two First Awards, 5 Second Awards and 10 Third Awards as well as Honorable Mention Awards will be given to submitted videos according to their theme expression, originality and emotional appeal. Invited online influencers will also be awarded with Influential Award.

Awarded videos will be exhibited offline and be issued with a certificate by the Organizer and authors will receive priority invitations to related cultural events held by the Organizer.
