2026年9月28日17:30，顺德盒子美术馆将迎来两场新展开幕活动。
“‘字象’作为方法——从刘运来设计到盒子美术馆馆藏展”，从汉字与字体设计出发，将字体创作、设计实践与美术馆现当代绘画馆藏置于同一空间，观察两种视觉语言并置之后可能产生的吸引、碰撞与联想；驻地工作坊第五十六期彭玮珺个展“Eye”则以艺术家创作的TuoTuo与Taco为线索，通过轻快、明亮的画面，讲述人与人、人与物以及人与自然之间的情感联结。
一个从“字”与“画”的并置展开，一个借由两个虚构角色进入现实中的情感关系，两场展览也由此形成两种截然不同的观看入口。
At 5:30 PM on September 28, 2026, the Boxes Art Museum, Shunde will open two new exhibitions.
“Zi-Xiang” as Method: From Liu Yunlai’s Design to the Boxes Art Museum Collection takes Chinese characters and type design as its point of departure, bringing together typeface creation, design practice, and modern and contemporary paintings from the museum’s collection within a shared space. The exhibition explores the affinities, tensions, and associations that may emerge when these distinct visual languages encounter one another.
“Eye,” Peng Weijun’s solo exhibition presented as the 56th edition of the Boxes Art Museum Residency Workshop, centers on TuoTuo and Taco, two characters created by the artist. Through bright and playful imagery, the exhibition explores emotional connections between people, between people and objects, and between humans and nature.
One exhibition unfolds through the juxtaposition of “characters” and “paintings,” while the other approaches real-world emotional relationships through two fictional characters. Together, they offer two distinctly different ways of looking.

顺德盒子美术馆
盒子美术馆坐落于广东省佛山市顺德区顺峰山公园，于2017年9月28日正式开馆。美术馆前期由顺德华侨城全资建设、广州美术学院油画系策划组管理的非营利公益性机构。美术馆现由盒子美术馆(佛山)有限公司支持运营，馆长：范勃，创始人：刘可，艺术总监：周力，技术总监：尤国强，执行馆长：冀然，副馆长：邓子军、郭燕，行政主管：龚胥耀，媒体主管：葛露。
盒子美术馆建筑总面积1420平方米，展览空间为600平方米，包括4个展厅、驻留办公室、公教空间、办公空间。美术馆致力于整合地区及国际资源，呈现出国际化高水准的艺术样态；并依托美术学院研究与教学平台、顺德当地的传统特点和现代化发展，将艺术展示、公共交流和本地文化结合在一起，促进本土的、社会的、国际的艺术实践与文化产生。
Shunde Boxes Art Museum
Located in Shunfengshan Park, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong Province, Shunde Boxes Art Museum officially opened on September 28, 2017. Initially established as a non-profit public institution fully funded by Shunde OCT and managed by the curatorial team of the Oil Painting Department at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA), the museum is now supported and operated by Boxes Art Museum (Foshan) Co., Ltd.The museum’s team includes Fan Bo as Director, Liu Ke as Founder, Zhou Li as Artistic Director, You Guoqiang as Technical Director, Ji Ran as Executive Director, Deng Zijun and Guo Yan as Deputy Directors, Gong Xuyao as Administrative Supervisor, and Ge Lu as Media Supervisor.
Boxes Art Museum has a total floor area of 1,420 square metres, including 600 square metres of exhibition space. Its facilities comprise four galleries, a residency office, a public education space, and administrative offices.Boxes Art Museum is dedicated to integrating regional and international resources and presenting artistic practices of a high international standard. Drawing on the research and educational resources of the academy, as well as Shunde’s local traditions and modern development, the museum brings together art exhibitions, public engagement, and local culture, fostering local, socially engaged, and international artistic practices and cultural production.
