近日，广州天河警方抓获
一名盗窃案嫌疑人
在其住处搜获8本标注命名为
“传世之宝”的自制系列盗窃秘笈
警方也因此初步掌握程某另涉案50多宗
今年4月29日10时许，天河区某商场一家烟酒商铺被撬锁入室盗窃。接到报案后，办案民警迅速到场勘查。然而，嫌疑人仅在逃离时在商场转角位视频处留下一个模糊身影。
专案组紧紧盯住案发商场及周边的视频，在大量信息里努力寻找有效线索，终于在一辆离开的出租车里发现这个模糊身影。
“车内下来一位男子，身高1.7米左右，体型偏瘦，穿迷彩上衣，脚上一双银灰色耐克鞋。”警方介绍，根据该男子的外貌特征，办案民警很快发现，嫌疑人和2017年10月林和街辖内某饮食店收银机被盗窃案的嫌疑人极其相像，应为同一个人。
从基础摸排的信息研判到视频证据的分析对比，大量有效信息和证据浮出水面。民警发现该嫌疑人还涉及另外8宗同类型案件，并掌握到该嫌疑人有可能在中山大道西某住宅小区附近落脚。
盗窃工具
嫌疑人的体貌特征已刻在办案民警的脑海中。5月12日，在该小区附近，一个熟悉的身影、一双熟悉的银灰色耐克鞋出现在伏击民警的视线内。就是他！
经过连续的守候，民警已将嫌疑人的活动规律摸得一清二楚。5月14日，嫌疑人吃完午餐后回到小区，办案民警抓住有利时机迅速出击，将其擒获。
为“钻研技术” 写下秘籍 《传世之宝》
警方逐层搜查，在该栋14楼找到嫌疑人程某（男，22岁，天河区人）的租住处，在房内发现嫌疑人作案时穿的衣服、口罩、假发等物品，缴获开锁工具一批，以及事主被盗的手表、玉佩、玉镯等赃物。令办案民警惊讶的是，房内还有8本《传世之宝》盗窃秘籍。

程某的“盗窃秘籍”
原来，据犯罪嫌疑人程某交待，其因父母离异，在一次与后母争吵之后离家出走，由于没有经济来源又要租房，便想到了盗窃。他认为，有人之所以被抓，是“技不如人”，盗窃的方式过于陈旧，不够专业。
办案民警透露，为提高自己的“专业技术”，程某买来书籍“刻苦钻研”开锁技术，每一种门锁的具体结构及防盗功能，需要什么样的开锁工具，他在秘籍中一一记录。作案前，他会全面掌握目标对象的周边环境及作息规律；作案后，他会将“实战经验”详细记录在秘籍中。正是这些“经验”，让警方初步掌握程某另涉案50余宗。
目前，该案仍在进一步侦办中。
