佛山市顺德区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部办公室关于加强重点场所疫情防控工作的通告
为进一步落实落细我区新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，严格落实防控责任，精准落实防控措施，根据《佛山市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部办公室关于进一步强化疫情防控工作的通告》（佛防疫指办〔2021〕173号），结合我区防控实际，现就加强部分重点场所疫情防控工作通告如下：
一、严格聚集活动防控。严格落实各项疫情防控措施，停止非必要聚集活动，严格大型活动监管，从严从简开展节庆活动，会议活动尽量采取线上方式，原则上不组织大型联欢、聚餐等活动。
二、严格公共场所防控。室内公共场所实行预约、错峰、测温、扫（亮）码、佩戴口罩等防控措施，卡拉 OK、电影院、健身房、室内游泳馆、酒吧、洗浴中心等密闭场所暂停营业。
三、严格重点场所防控。所有培训机构（含托管）暂停线下服务。养老院、护理院、月子中心、儿童福利院、监管场所等重点场所实行封闭管理。所有批发市场、农贸市场、商场超市要加强通风，限制人流，提倡非现金支付。
四、严格餐饮行业管控。全区所有社会餐饮服务单位（含提供堂食的食品销售单位）暂停堂食，倡导到店自取、外卖订餐服务。单位内部食堂（含机关事业单位、学校、工厂、工地、企业等食堂）实行测体温进场、分批分时段就餐，分隔就坐等防疫措施。
五、严格做好个人防护。坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常清洁、用公筷等良好生活习惯，食物煮熟煮透，咳嗽、打喷嚏时注意遮挡，室内常通风，减少聚集，保持一米以上社交距离。出现发热、干咳等不适症状时，立即前往附近发热门诊就诊，如实告知流行病学史。
以上防控措施，依据疫情风险评估结果动态调整。本通告自发布之时起实施。

COVID-19 Prevention and ControlNotification of Foshan Shunde COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Office on Intensifying Epidemic Prevention and Control in Key Places
To further carry out COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in every aspect, strictly fulfill the responsibilities of epidemic prevention and control and take targeted measures of epidemic prevention and control, we hereby make the following notification on strengthening epidemic prevention and control in some key places based on the relevant reality in Shunde District under COVID-19 Prevention and Control Notificationof FoshanCOVID-19 Prevention andControl Headquarters on Further Intensifying Epidemic Prevention and Control (FFYZB [2021] No. 173).
Ⅰ.Tougher prevention and control shall be carried out forgroupactivities. All epidemic prevention and control measures shall be taken in a strict manner and non-essential groupactivities shall be cancelled. Stricter supervision shall be imposed on large-scale activities, all festival celebration activities shall be organized in a rigorous and simple way and all conferences and related activities shall be carried out online as practical as possible. In principle, large-scale activities such as galas and banquets shall be avoided.
Ⅱ. Stricter epidemic prevention and control shall be implemented in public places. Appointment, staggered entry, temperature measurement, scanning (demonstration of) health code, mask wearing are required for all public indoor venues. All public indoor venues such as KTVs, cinemas, gyms, indoor swimming pools, bars and spa centers are required to suspend operation.
Ⅲ. Much more rigorous epidemic prevention and control shall be carried out in key places. All training institutions (including student and child care institutions) are required to suspend offline services. Closed-off management is required to be carried out in key places including old-age homes, nursing homes, confinementcenters, children's welfare institutes and prisons and detention places. All wholesale markets, wet markets, shopping malls and supermarkets are advised to take measures such as strengthening the ventilation, controlling the inflow of people and encouraging customers to make non-cash payments.
Ⅳ. Tougher control shall be implemented on catering industry. All social catering service units (including food sales units with dine-in serviceprovided) in Shunde District are required to suspend dine-in service and advocate self pick-up and takeaway. Internal canteens of units (including government organs and institutions, schools, factories, construction sites and enterprises)are required to take such measures as temperature measurement before entry, dining in batches and in different time periods and sitting apart.
Ⅴ. Stricter personal protectionis suggested. It is suggested to insist on wearing masks, washing hands and doing cleaning frequently, using serving chopsticks and other favorable living habits. All food shall be well cooked and a divider shall be used to cover your sneezes and coughs. It is also suggested to carry out regular indoor ventilation, reduce frequency of group gathering and keep a social distance of more than one meter. In case of a fever, a dry cough or other uncomfortable symptoms, please immediately head for a fever clinic nearby for diagnosis and accurately report your personal epidemiologicalhistory.
All measures for epidemic prevention and control above will be adjusted dynamically based on the result of epidemic risk assessment. The Notification shall take into effect from the time of issuance.

当区の新型コロナウイルス感染症対策業務をさらに着実に執行するため、感染症対策の責任を厳格に実行し、感染症対策の措置を正確に施行し、『佛山市新型コロナウイルス感染症対策指揮部弁公室により感染症対策業務の更なる強化に関する通達』（佛防疫指弁〔2021〕173号）に基づき、当区の感染症対策に応じて、ここに一部の重点場所の感染症対策業務の強化について以下の通り通達する。
一、集団活動に対する感染症対策を厳格に行う。各種の感染症対策の措置を厳格に実行し、不要な集団活動を停止し、大型活動の監督管理を厳格にし、祝日の活動の管理を厳格なものにし、簡素におこない、会議活動はできるだけオンライン方式を採用し、原則として大型イベント、会食などの活動を行わないとする。
二、公共の場での感染症対策を厳格に実行する。室内の公共の場では予約、時間帯分け、体温測定、健康コードの提示、マスクの着用などの感染症対策を実施し、カラオケ、映画館、ジム、室内水泳場、バー、入浴センターなどの密閉空間は営業を一時停止する。
三、重点場所の感染症対策を厳格に実行する。すべての研修機関（託児所を含む）はオフラインサービスを停止する。老人ホーム、看護施設、産後ケアセンター、児童福祉施設、監督管理場所などの重点場所は閉鎖管理を実行する。すべての卸売市場、農作物市場、デパート・スーパーマーケットでは換気を強化し、人通りを減少し、非現金決済を提唱する。
四、飲食業界の管理を厳格にする。全区の飲食サービス業（イートインサービスを提供する食品販売店を含む）はイートインを一時停止し、持ち帰り、デリバリーの利用を提唱する。機関内部の食堂（機関・事業体、学校、工場、工事現場、企業などの食堂を含む）は体温を測定してから入場し、グループに分けて時間帯に分けて食事をし、パーティションで隔てて座るなどの感染症対策の措置を実施する。
五、個人保護を厳格にする。マスクを着用し、まめに手を洗い、常に清潔にし、取り箸を使うなどの良好な生活習慣を堅持する。食べ物は十分に煮て、咳やくしゃみをする時は鼻孔や口を覆うように注意し、室内は常に換気し、人の集まりを避け、1メートル以上のソーシャルディスタンスを保つ。発熱、空咳などの不快な症状が現れた場合、直ちに近くの発熱診療科に行って受診し、旅行・行動歴を如実に報告する。
以上の感染症対策の措置は、感染症リスク評価の結果に基づいて動態的に調整する。本お知らせは、発行時から実施されるものとする。

본 구역의 코로나19 방역사업의 이행을 한층 강화하고 방역책임을 엄격하게 수행하며 방역조치를 정확하게 실시하기 위해, 「포산시 코로나19 전염병 방역지휘부 사무실의 방역사업을 한층 강화하는 데 관한 통지(포산전염병방역지휘사무실[2021]173호)」에 근거해 본 구역의 방역사업 실제 상황과 결부하여 중점 장소에 대한 방역사업을 다음과 같이 강화합니다.
1. 대중 밀집 행사에 대한 방역을엄격히실시합니다.각항 코로나19 방역조치를 엄격하게 이행하고 꼭 필요한 경우를 제외한 대중 밀집 행사를 금지하며, 대형 활동에 대한 관리와 감독을 강화합니다. 명절 축제 행사를 간소화하여 진행하며 회의 행사는 가급적 온라인 방식으로 진행합니다. 원칙적으로 대형 축제나 회식 등 행사를 진행하지 않습니다.
2. 공공장소에 대한 방역을엄격히실시합니다.실내 공공장소는 예약, 피크타임 피하기, 체온 체크, 큐알 코드 확인, 마스크 착용 등 방역조치를 엄격히 실시합니다. 가라오케, 영화관, 헬스장, 실내 수영장, 사우나 등 밀폐 장소는 영업을 중지합니다.
3. 중점 장소에 대한 방역을엄격히실시합니다.모든 교육기구(탁아소 포함)는 오프라인 서비스를 중지합니다. 경로당, 요양원, 산후조리원, 아동복지원, 감독관리장소 등 중점 장소는 밀폐식 관리를 실시합니다. 모든 도매시장, 농산품 시장, 백화점 마트는 실내 환기를 강화하고 인원수를 통제하며 비현금 지불방식을 적극 유도합니다.
4. 요식업 업종에 대한 관리통제를 엄격히실시합니다.전반 구역의 모든 사회 요식 서비스 업체(매장 내 식사가 가능한 식품 판매업체 포함)는 매장 내 식사를 금지하며,셀프 픽업 또는 배달 주문 서비스의 이용을 적극 유도합니다. 기업체 구내식당(정부기관 사업부문, 학교, 공장, 공사현장, 기업 등의 구내식당)은 체온 체크 후 진입, 시간대별 분산 식사, 옆 좌석 비우기 등 방역 조치를 실시합니다.
5. 개인 방호조치를 엄격히실시합니다.마스크 착용, 손 씻기, 청결 유지하기, 공용 젓가락 사용하기 등 양호한 생활 습관을 견지하며 음식은 잘 익혀 먹고 재채기와 기침을 할 때 입을 잘 막아야 합니다. 실내는 자주 환기를 하고 인원 밀집을 최대한 자제하며 1미터 이상의 거리를 유지해야 합니다. 발열, 마른 기침 등 이상 증상이 있을 경우 즉시 가까운 발열 외래 진료소를 방문해 진찰을 받으며 전염병 역학조사에 적극 협조해야 합니다.
상기 방역조치는 코로나19 위험평가결과에 따라 상응하게 조정됩니다. 본 통지는 발표된 시점으로부터 실시합니다.
